Ajio — I receive a wrong product and I return it but ajio company says that this product is non ajio and they will not refund me

I return tha product as a worng product
12 October 2022 thay will bhi picked up
Tha refund iniatded date is 26
But refund will not gives by ajio
I complain tha ajio thay says product wil not recieves in warehouse please wait some days more
After some time thay says thay will check tha quality off product and thay will bhi non ajio product and thay will sand back
But i receive a worng product
Please give my refund waste because ajio will send ma a worng product
