Held an account with Ajio 6 hours back. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.
I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely with me. Resolution is something that looks vague right now but your staff needs a lot of grooming.. But interaction with your supervisor was a shocker His name is Suresh Chandra who never called me back after raising multiple call back requests. I didnt call to listen to a radio tape...I expected assurance and validation that something will be worked out. This is crazy honestly.
I do not trust your brand/shopping portal and would like to return all the products ordered till date
It was my first order and i didnt know that within a week my account will be blocked. I have 70k+ worth of items stuck. I request you to kindly reinstate my account as iw ould like to return everything i ever ordered in past one week from AJIO.

I am horrified by such incident and would like you to resolve my issue. The amount is not a small amount and it is really frustrating to go through this. Kindly look into the matter and resolve on priority else i will have to take this to social media. I want return to be created for all the items. I do not want to deal with AJIO.
