Ajio — Incomplete Product.

I have ordered a dress for my daughter details are as below,

Details: floral print A line dress with belt, white, age :7 to 8 year,[protected]

My HSN code 61042300

I received the dress but Belt for the dress was missing,
Because of the combinations of belt and dress I have ordered that dress.

I try to exchange it but they canceled by exchange,
Also email them in grievance,
But still I am waiting for the belt,
they have just generated complaint No which is as below:

No progress has been noticed yet, its been too long.
