Ajio — Issue regarding my order

I placed an order worth 1248 rupees on 16 October 2020 through UPI payment method the money has been deducted from my bank account but the order is not placed. I didn't receive any link any mail or message.
It is not showing on my ajio account.
Please refund my money back or resolve the issue.
