[Resolved] Ajio — Issue with return products and refund | |
I have huge issues with return pick up for below orders.Few days back one person came from AJIO for return pickup and he took one product from me. He didn't have proper information about which product needed to collect from me and he asked for a handover which was requested for first return. So I have given it to him (product: shirt) and the order id is FN[protected], still I don't have any update on it. after few days another person came to return the pickup and I gave to him all my 3 items which I have. but while scanning from his end he was unable to find out the one product which is not available in their list. As he said he requested 3 shirts but I already handed over 1 shirt to the previous executive. Now I have 2 shirts and 1 Jean. he picked up 2 shirts and Jean was not accepted. I called customer care and explained many time but they not responding properly. they keep asking acknowledgement number or agent name and phone number usually all e-commerce they don't give any acknowledgement. that everybody know. and I don't save that agent number as I know clearly he is from AJIO representative.
