Hi all, I have ordered a white jeans in AJIO. After some days I have checked the status of it in AJIO app it is showing as delivered but it is not delivered to me. I have raised complaint with AJIO more than 5 times they give a timeline and latet they close the ticket with update we tried to reach you and the status of item is delivered.
I have called to customer care also the person is we cant do anything as per status it is delivered and you have signed it. I said I haven't received it and not signed then the customer care person said write a email to ajio to get the sign and I have sent email for same and shared it. When I checked it's not my sign.
Today(19-Jan) I tried to chat with help desk checking my query simply kept message there is outage in my system and left.
My request to them is to refund or deliver the item to me and check where is issue. And also I had bad experience with AJIO customer care as they are helpless and denying.
Suggest to establish a process like otp need to share the delivery person which resolves the issue.
