On 06.08.2021, I ordered one T shirt and one track suit on AJIO site (ORDER NO.FLO[protected] costing Rs.776 which was paid through my credit card.
As there was no order confirmation from them, I contacted them on 06.08.21 through email to their customer service. Though I did not cancel the order and when I contacted them they informed that my order was cancelled and the refund was initiated for the amount paid by me. As I did not receive the refund, I took up the matter with them through emails . Inspite of daily emails to them nothing was happening on my issue. They raised complaints under Complaint ID:COM[protected], COM[protected] and COM[protected]
All of a sudden, I received message from AJIO informing me that the complaints under ID:COM[protected] and COM[protected] are treated as resolved and cancelled without either delivering the items ordered or refunding the amount paid by me. Then I took up the matter with grievance officer about my issue. They advised me to submit copy of my Credit Card statement showing the debit of Rs.776 paid to AJIO. Immediately I mailed copies of my credit card statement and bank's letter confirming the payment. The issue is still pending under Complaint ID:COM[protected]. I mailed them a copy of my credit card statement for the period from 06.08.2021 to 05.12.2021 to show that no refund supposed to have been done by them is not reflected in the statement. This complaint was supposed to have been resolved by them by 30.11.2021 as informed by them. But till date I have neither received the items ordered nor the refund of the cost paid by me though it is more than
