Ajio — Krta returned but not yet got my refund amount

Am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 6th March 2021. Still the status is return attempted. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id .What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.
