Hello,
I have called multiple times for missing product.
First time customer care executive gave me complaint number COM[protected]
And asked me to wait till 11th Oct
After 11th Oct another excutive said that complain was closed without resolution and gave me new number COM[protected]
After that I called many times and eveytime executive told me that u will surely get revert on 19th Oct, today is 20th October and not heard from ajio. Now executive saying that we are not receiving any update from management.
I feel like fool, better time saving would be to go and shop.This is not acceptable and not expected from ajio...I was regular customer of ajio. Now I really think twice to make purchase.
Let me know resolution asap and refund my money.
