Ajio — Money debited but no order confirmation

My money has been debited on 1st Oct 2020 for a Nike Jacket of Rs. 1687 but it has been a day but no order confirmation has been received. Though I got the payment confirmation from Ajio. Please look into this. I need my refund. It is not bank fault. I have confirmed.
