Ajio — Money deducted but not received order confirmation

Hi team,
I have made 2 different orders with Ajio and have not received a confirmation message about the order for the same.
I would like a refund or an order confirmation for this.

This has happened quite a few times with me using Ajio.
Please do look into this.
