Description of the Incident: My sister (AJIO registered client name: Rita; Ph: [protected]) tried to place order on 17th July, 2020 for merchandise worth Rs. 5023.83 but money got debited from ATM and order was not placed. When we called up customer care of AJIO, they said that we need to contact the respective bank. When we registered the complaint with SBI, they said it will take maximum of 48 days to resolve the issue. So, we waited for 48 days and after that bank told us that the money is with the merchant. Since then we have calling AJIO customer care. Every time, they say that we will get the money within next 48 days but it never happens. We have called AJIO many times. Every time they say that we will get our money within 2 business days but we have not received our money. Now, it seems that they don't want to give our money back. We are really worried and we want our money back.
Desirable Resolution: We need refund of our hard earned money against which order was not placed. Was this information helpful? |
