[Resolved] Ajio — Money got deducted but order not placed

Today morning I had ordered a shirt from AJIO of ₹564. The money got deducted from my bank account once via transaction ID (T2108090638383332024499) but the order was not placed. Then again I placed the order later after 8 mins by paying ₹564 via transaction ID (T2108090646430346981894) .Again the money got deducted but order was not placed. Later I received only one refund of ₹564 via transaction id[protected]. What about my other refund as i paid twice for the same product? +2 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (3)
Aug 9, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Amount was refunded after an hour. AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
