I am writing to bring to your attention a persisting issue regarding the refund for my order with the ID FN[protected], which was returned on October 21, 2023. The return ID is #RT[protected].
According to the Ajio app, the product passed the quality check, and a refund was initiated on the same day. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the refunded amount in my source bank account.
I have diligently followed the instructions provided by Ajio's customer support team and submitted my bank statement as requested on two separate occasions, with the latest submission on November 22, 2023. Despite my efforts, the representatives insist that they have not received the email containing the bank statement. This is perplexing as all previous communications were successfully received on the same email address.
It has now been almost a month since I returned the product, and the promised resolution deadlines have consistently been postponed. During each phone call, I am asked to wait for an additional 48 hours, which has become a recurring and frustrating pattern.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure a prompt and fair resolution.
