Ajio — My account is blocked without informing and not refunding my amount

This is to inform you that I am unable to login from my account- madhvi.[protected]@gmail.com, for which i already raised the complaint but no resolution provided, as per your requirement i am attaching screen shot please see to it and resolve my issue as soon as possible.. because my already returned products haven't refunded yet and many orders i had for which i have no information and updates..
