I placed an order for two culottes from AJIO of sep 8 2023, Friday. I received the conformation mail also. On the delivery day When I received the package there was only one item. Seeing that, I emailed AJIO customer care. They replied asking for image as proof. And I did sent the image. But unexpectedly, They responded saying the package was intact when it was sent for delivery so it is not their problem. and later they closed the complaint. I was really furious. Later again I emailed them asking for the proof image that they are claiming they have and was in perfect condition. but for that also they said just the same like the package as intact!!! no image or proof was shared with me!! and they again cancelled the complaint!! When I emailed again, They called me one day and said the that they package was intact and we are closing the complaint. But How?? I mean I didn't get any proof of the package. Why can't a consumer get to see the proof???? they don't even bother to ask us before closing the complaint. The issue is still not resolved. They are just blocking me. How can this be done??? they are the service providers and is this how they treat the customers??? Even after mutiple mails they just kept giving same reason. How insane. Its lose of my time, money and unwanted mental disturbance. How can they insult us like this?? AJIO being such a big company how can they be so irresponsible??

As I kept saying them, I need my money back.
