I ordered one shirt from Ajio which turned out to be big. The very next day I raised a request for exchange for a smaller size on the application. However later Ajio cancelled the exchange from their side without any prior or post intimation to me. Since then I have been following up with customer service over calls and emails for refund or exchange. They are fooling and cheating clients.
I request a compensation of atleast Rs.50000 for the harassment caused and the time I had to invest on this useless work.
