I raised a return request for a recent order (a lino perros handbag) that i had placed with the return id #RT[protected]. i got message on the app twice on two consecutive days saying that "delivery attempted for return but unsuccessful" however i never receive any call or even any sort of a message.
even raised a complaint regarding this but they closed it without resolving it or sending me a response for the issue.
a very lowly trick played by ajio. just say that return is not available, why to play all these tricks on the customers. very dissapointed. in a few days they will nicely say "return window closed" and i won't be able to do anything with the product but keep it with myself which is of no use.
