I have placed order on ajio on monday, 16 jan 2023.
I have recieved it beteen 24 to 28 january 2023.
Paymant mode done by prepaid online transfer.
Among them, one item i want to return back so i submitted return requst in ajio apps so i got email that pick up will be on 1st feb 2023.
At that time my return request id was rt97268103.
From that day ajio team send me only robotic reply but they do not help to pick my return back parcel

AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even I am too facing the same response from AJIO. Its totally a FRAUD company. They deliver FAKE product, and even after comitting, they dint pickup the product on due date and withhold the customer money for a long.
