Dear resolultion team, i ordered twice with below products and they both are not shipped past estimated delivery time: Order id : fl[protected] Mothercare - pack of 5 briefscancel item, rs 1113.00, size 4-5y (110) qty 2 Estimated delivery : 30 jun Orderid : fl[protected] Mothercare - pack of 5 briefscancel item, rs 583.00, size 4-5y (110), qty 1 Estimated delivery : 23 jun Insult to injury: the below complaint ticket is closed unethically and claims falsely as resolved. Complaint id com[protected] Raised on 25th jun 2020 Resolved on 30th jun 2020 Product images The product (S) from your order has been shipped. We have sent an sms and email notification with the promised date of delivery. We promise we’ll be quicker next time! — this is unethical and a lie, proof please Re-opened with new complaint id com[protected] Raised on 2nd jul 2020 I am deeply disturbed with such delay, false promises and unethical practices. I have cancelled the defective orders; AJIO says it takes 5 to 7 days to reflect refund in the source. It is creepy how their website has no details of refund associated with orders. Currently, it just says cancelled. I got emails but that also has a canned response - "If this was a prepaid order, don't worry one bit! " Why not confirm that it was pre-paid.
