I placed a order (ID no. FL[protected]) on 20 December 2021 for 3 items and made payment via online netbanking. Due to some work i had to go out of station on 23.12.2021 and my house was lock for 4 days. 24.12.2021 I received message (no call was received from delivery agent) that 2 items out of 3 has been delivered, though there was no-one to take delivery. I tried to contact customer care and request to file a complaint. Complaint was filed with no. COM[protected] dated 25.12.2021 and i was assured that issue will be resolved by 01.01.2022. In view of the cited matter i cancelled the item which was yet to be delivered. After this i tried to contact customer care, but could not, either I did not receive any of message for follow up. Till date I have not received my refund i.e. 2, 966.74/-. Also there is no way to get in contact with AJIO. I am very disappointed, as I have never come across such situation with any of online shopping app (flipcart, amazon, myntra etc..) I want my refund back as soon as possible.
