Ajio — Order didn't placed but amount debited

I ordered shoes from ajio of 2193 and I paid from. Gpay but the order didn't placed but amount was debited from my account I ordered on 3march and now it's been 19march still amount didn't reflected in my account
Ajio care is only giving me date just for the sake
Not giving my money back
What should I do
