Order id : fl[protected] i made cash on delivery, due to size issue i returned all the products, all the product was return picked up in time, but i received a sms stating money is credited to the ajio wallet when i checked the wallet there was no money credited, i raised the compliant through mail they replied to me saying money is transferred to my bank account which was totally false because i have not given any bank till that date, again i sent mail that information provided by you is false, i requested for refund they asked me to send bank details accordingly i sent all the bank details and waited for 3 days still refund was not done, again i sent mail for proof to which account or transaction number they sent a false transaction number, with that number i approached the bank they made very clear that this kind of transaction number does not come, i have sent more than 12 mails i am getting only false promise, already 45 days over still refund not done, Was this information helpful? |
