I have placed the order which comprised of 5 items - one item was received at the end and without brand /price tag - i requested a return of this product but they are not ready to process return and accept that the product was sent without tag. Many of my friends have also received ajio products without tag, received wrong items. I had emailed raising my concern - pic of the item.
The best part is the customer care does not care. The number is not answered even after waiting for 25 mins - the email is answered after days stating return not possible. The tweets are not responded.
If they can sell and deliver during pandemic, they can as well provide decent customer care service.
