I ordered this painting form Ajio which is non returnable, however the product was damaged on delivery (19th May, 2023).
I reached out to Ajio CC and they told me to send an email to their support team. I send the email on 20th May with all possible details that a customer can send (images, video etc) and until today there is no resolution and every time a new agent sends an email asking for the same details and I'm tired of repeating the same message to them.
So today I called their CC and I told the girl who spoke with that I wish to escalate the matter and then she puts my call on hold and later in few seconds just disconnects the call.
This is extremely annoying and one of the worst customer service ever. Was this information helpful? |
