Order Id FN[protected] was about to be delivered on or before 09.10.23, later on date changed to 11.10.23 again 13.10.23 and now 16.10.23. Customer care is not providing proper details, if they have misplaced or not. As per tracking the shipment has already arrived at nearby centre on 05.10.23. Ajio is providing worst delivery service along with its logistics partner. My order worth Rs 3335.51 is stuck with ajio and they are playing unbothered.
I have paid for my order via credit card. is ajio ready to pay for interest loss?
