I have am tired of chasing AJIO Customer Care for REFUND OF Order# FL[protected] WHICH I have placed on 27/10/2020 and partially delivered. ONE ITEM IS PENDING TO BE DEIVERED SNCE 17/10/2020 WHICH I WANT TO CANCEL AS I AM FED OF WAITING SINCE 1.5 MONTHS.
TO ADD, A part of Order# FL[protected] is showing pending with STATUS AS "DelayedShipment 2 / 2 - 1 item
Sunday, 8 November We attempted to deliver and were unsuccessful" ON AJIO WEBSITE. The status on AJIO Courier partner shows "PICKUP" with https://www.delhivery.com/track/package/[protected].
Ever since then, THERE IS NO STATUS UPDATE ON ORDER. I HAVE TRIED THIER CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE, NEITHER ANY COMPLAINED RAISED IS ANSWERED.
PLEASE HELP ME TO KINDLY ESCALATE TO APPROPRIATE AJIO AUTHORITY SO THAT ORDER CAN VE CANCELLED AND REFUND INITIATED.
