Ajio — Payment deducted but order status null on Ajio App

Address:Abotani Colony, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh

I have ordered a pair of shoe a while ago, I have done the payment of Rs 1055 by net banking (SBI) and payment was sucessfull.
It was also showing that order got placed.
But I didnt receive any sms confirmation for order placed.
Order is also not showing in My orders section.
Please look into this.
I have attached files supporting my complaint.
