I have not received any confirmation or order id of my first order placed whose payement was successful through online transaction attached below . The money has already been debited from my account but i havent received any confirmation of my order yet . Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

My money has been debited but i haven't received order confirmation and i can't find the order in the order history. I have raised a complaint and requested for refund but I haven't received any refund yet, it's been three days now.
