We had placed an order for a gold coin which was delivered to us on April 6th.
Ajio ended us sending us a wrong product which was the cheaper Vedhani.
After a lots of follow ups, they took the product back.
Since than they are not refunding our money and just responding with their template based standard responses without assuring when they would do the actual refund.
This is a precious metals case where they are not returning our money.
