Ajio — Product delivery related issue

My prepaid order of AJIO is being shown as delivered on 21 Dec 21 in the app but i have not received my product till now. I have filed the complain with AJIO customer care but no resolution has been given. I also called them but did not get any response.

Updated by rlochan This screenshot taken on 30 Dec 21 shows that resolution by 29 Dec 21 but it has not been resolved till now.
