I placed an order for a pair of shoes on ajio.com around 29th september 2019 and due to size factor i have gone for exchange, this is where i have been facing issue.
While returning the product courier executive asked for the tags on the shoes but i haven’t any such thing on it when i received the product and conveyed the same and he refused to take the product. Since then i been following customer care executives and nothing worked out.
Its been a month and every time i call customer care they make false promises to deliver the product which never happened Was this information helpful? |
