Complaint marked as Resolved I kept on sending them emails and tagging them on Twitter and they were not replying so I decided to comment on every post they make on social media about what happened to me. Even though they did not reply to my emails or any other query. One day I got a message stating a refund amount is initiated. To get the money back you have to keep on sending them emails and raise a consumer complaint.
