Ajio — product not delivered still it is showing in warehouse after 20 days

I ordered dc shoes

And it has been 20 days now and still the shoes are not delivered and the customer care is just not helping i asked them to cancel the order and still they are not listening and neither giving me back my money. When i track the order it is showing that it is waiting to be picked up from the warehouse. And ajio people are not cancelling the order saying that the order is in transit.

This wasn't expected from a such a big company as this highly disappointed from you!!.

As a personal recommendation i wouldn't suggest not to buy from ajio ever if you care about your money.
This is just pathetic i have attached the screenshots below see for yourself the order date and the promised delivery date everything has passed now and whenever i call the customer care they just make excuses and ask for extension of 2 days or so and yeah they never forget to make a new complaint id every damn time i call them.
