Ajio — Product not received but showing delivered in AJIO App

I placed an order for a gold coin in Ajio on 10th of november. I didn't receive the product yet, though it is showing the product is delivered.
When I tracked the order using the tracking ID, It showed that it was delivered to the wrong address which is not mine.
Could you please help me with this ?
