Ajio — Product return

I don't like the Quality of the product & decided to return. When I received the product there were no tags attached to it. Also it was there responsibilty to check if the tags are attached or not, but they fail to do that n provided product that has no tags attached. The delivery agent picked up the return but after some time marked it as quality check fail. After complaining they returned the product to me on 28 June when my return period is elapsed. But they told me that under 3PL policy, I'm eligible for return. I have contacted ajio customer many times but every time they told me to wait for 48 hours for resolution. Asked for the photos of product with tags but if the tags not attached to it in first place how I'll provide the tags photos. I have given them the original delivery packets photo plus product photos. They told me that return button will get enabled after 48 hours, but that not happened till date. When contacted customer care they asking the same questions again n again & not referring the earlier mails.
