Hi!! My order ID is FL[protected]. I had returned two products with all the tags and bill etc on the 12th of June. When I called the customer care..they provided me with two tracking ids which (when I check) shows that the products have been delivered to the seller.
I have called the customer care numerous times and have also texted and emailed the Ajio customer care but all they do is raise a complain and give a different complaint number each time.
I am getting tired of writhing and or calling them. please help me get what is rightfully mine. Was this information helpful? |
