Ajio — Product returned but not refunded

I bought a trouser worth Rs. 441+22(g. s. t. ) light blue in colour on 16.11.2020 and i delivered my order on 27.11.2020 and returned the product on 28.11.2020

I have also raised a complaint on ajio's customer service but didn't received any reply from them..
