Ajio — Products not getting picked up for returns, barcode not getting scanned

The EAN number mentioned on the product code is not getting scanned by the return pick up guy and he is refusing to take back the products.

I have a total of five items to return and no one is bothered to take them back.Return guy is not even attempting the return of products that have no issue. The status I get is- Return was attempted but in fact, no one came back to pick the product.

Orders to be returned-

Order no-FL[protected] | INITIATED from my mother's account.

Return id- RT40978843, I have generated the return a second time with the reason the wrong item shipped as the delivery boy was not able to scan code or the EAN.

Two products in this order from the Apnisha brand.
Black color one has correct EAN no and was getting scanned.
The yellow color one is not getting scanned. The delivery guy refused to take the black one stating the reason that the return request is the same for both so if one is getting scanned and the other is not, I will not take any of them and asked me to Reach out to ajio support team.

NO return has attempted return for this. And the status updated on ajio app is return attempted!

The first return was attempted and EAN was not getting scanned. After that, the status is out for pickup on the ajio app for so many days.

No calls are picked up by ajio customer care teams, no response on emails. Even not response from their grievances office team.
