Ajio — Promise to deliver on date but failed to fulfil it. I haven't received my delivery.

Respected Ajio,
I am your precious consumer, you haven't delivered by parcel. I ordered on 8th Nov, 2024 and but today 14th Nov, 2024. I haven't received my delivery on time. It's is 48 Hours Late.
Register my complaint seriously 😒.
