I ordered a pair of PUMA shoes from AJIO which I received on march 1st, 2023 and the product was found to be defective and there was no proper packaging and there was no product tag as well. Those weren't original PUMA shoes, it was merely a very bad quality shoe which was not properly packed. I initiated the return request within 15 mins with pictures being taken and within the next two days shadawfax courier partner picked my product and told me the the product failed at quality test as there was no product tag, I called the customer care team who told me to wait till march 11 (yeah nearly 10 days) and the shadowfax team returned me the product on march 06th and this time it was the customer care executive who initiated the return request on my behalf who gave me 100% assurance that the product will get accepted and on the next day again the shadowfax team again told me that it failed the quality test, Being patient for the second time, I called the customer care team and they again told me the steps to initiate the return request for the third time, so that it'll get accepted and now AJIO itself saying it failed at Quality test . I need help from the Indian consumer forum in this regard. Please help me at the earliest. Thank you! You can see the quality of the shoes from the pictures below!
