I had made a purchase o[censored]s polo shoes online. the shoe started tearing from sides in one month o[censored]se, on the website they have mentioned 3 months brand warranty on informing them they neither responded to my complaint. whenever i call toll free number they say that they will contact the brand and reply, but they never replied.
i want my refund or new pair of shoes.
