I ordered a Crocs product footwear on the AJIO website on 25th November 2021 (Order# FL[protected]), received a copy product and I immediately raised a return request.
After I return the product AJIO is claiming that they received a non AJIO product.
The customer care team (Phone ) says the problem will be resolved and I get my money back soon. but the Email Customer care team keeps saying that they receive a non AJIO product and they cannot return my money back.
