Following is the email which I have written to AJIO 5 times, but they always fail to respond:
Hello,
This is my 5th email to you in the last 10 days. It seems like neither do any of your customer support representatives want to look at my email, nor do they want to respond to it. This usually happens when a company knows that they are at fault for messing up a loyal customer’s order.
My order number is #FL[protected]. My courier arrived empty and when I opened it, my jeans that I had ordered were not there. How can such a “reputable company be so careless to send a loyal and long time AJIO customer an EMPTY PACKET?
I am attaching two images which clearly show you the tracking number, EAN and any other information that you will need to complete an investigation from your end.
Please take proper note of my complaint against the order number and issue me a full refund without any further questions from your side failing which I WILL report you to consumer affairs for being the BEST COMPANY when it comes to fooling their customers.
