Ajio — Received wrong product

I received my order #FL[protected] on 16th February, 2022. But the product that I received was completely different from what I ordered.
I placed the return request and also shared the picture of the wrong product that I got.
It has been 4 days today and there is no response from their end.also I mailed to their customer care support but I got no help.
Please look into this
I want to return the item and want my refund
