I am tracking a refund of my product which I have already returned to Ajio, and I have already raised a complaint for this. Every time I speak to ajio, they say it is under process or we tried but refund could not go through successfully from ajio's end. Now let me make it very clear to you ajio. That was my original product order number FL[protected], and I got it replaced with a different size with order ID EX[protected]. The complainant number against that order is COM[protected]. Refund was supposed to be done by maximum 28th December 2021, which I never received and got delayed and according to complaint it was supposed to be refunded by 05th January 2022, which again I never received. I spoke to 6 agents in the past few days, they never provided any resolution and in fact one of the agents a few days ago took my bank details and IFSC CODE over the call, and said that has been updated on manual tracker for the backend team, so they could process a refund successfully. I have already written emails many many times to ajio for same issue, and I have sent my two different bank details to ajio one account details via email and 2nd one is over call to agent who asked for it. Reason why I provided my 2nd bank account details to agent, because she said to account which ajio tried transferring money, got failed thrice, so I decided to send my different bank account details, hoping that works, but i never ever received money from Ajio rs 4619. 25 to any of my bank account. If you need proof I can send you all my bank statements, how did I pay, and I never received this refund yet. Even your agents are difficult to understand, every time I speak to them, it takes time to explain them the whole situation and they never come with resolutions, and just today spoke to one of your agents, she couldn't even understand this, put me on hold, came back and said sir you will get this refund with 7-9 business days. Wowwwwwww is it a joke???????????????? She didn't even understand what I am talking about, what is my concern... Ajio i really really reallllllllllllllly need to sort this out asap.
The above message that I have typed now it was written to ajio on 13th January 2022, after that I have already spoken to almost 25 customer care agents from ajio, but i was always given false promises and they made me fool saying that I will be getting my refund, but I haven't received my refund yet. I have shared my both bank account details with as well as my bank statements also with them. Even one of the customer care agents from ajio asked my bank details over the call. I am fully tired calling and emailing to ajio, they even don't understand what kind of situation a customer may be going through. I am now completely hopeless and tired and completely out of money. They have updated so many complaints but no resolution has been given to me yet. You are the only last hope complaint team, please help please help please. 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
