I had ordered shoes on march 3rd and cancelled it on the same day.

Today is march 8th status is still showing cancellation requested.
I connected with 2 of their customer service reps and they told me that they will update the status and within 5days the refund will be in my account.
This is the 2nd time Im facing the same issue, the main thing I observed is when we pay it then the ajio will do this worst kinda things, if we hit COD then the process will be smoother, i donno what they want to prove like customers shouldn't believe them and pay online.
