AJIOlife I received a product against order ID FN[protected]. I ordered 6 shirt but due to size and material issue product not suit to me so, I raised a return request and returned the product with a proper Ajio tag. The item was accepted by the delivery person meaning it met the return conditions. The product was reshipped to me. After receiving the product I can see 2 very bad quality shirts is returned to me. I returned 6 shirt and now received 2 shirts with worst condition and faulty color. This means something went wrong during the logistics
I request you to look into the issue and process my refund. i received a completely different product which I did not order.
This is highly disappointing from Ajio. I expect proper action from your end. Request you to refund the money and take the product back.take action against culprits.courier pickup by delhivery. Was this information helpful? |
