[Resolved] Ajio — Refund didn't showing in my bank account

I ordered W kurta with pant and shrug. I received only pant and shrug. So I returned raising a complaint. Even refund was initiated after raising complaint but it is not showing in my account. I kept a mail they replied to check with bank. I went to bank and asked them. They also said refund didn't come to account. Know when I call ajio they are asking bank statement. Mar 11, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I asked 12digit unique transaction/reference number to customer care. They didn't send URN But In few days the complaint was solved. I got refund yesterday. I saw today in bank statement AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
