I made prepaid order on 14th feb and from 19th feb I am chasing ajio to resolve my complaint and till now nothing happened. Always they people give dates and dates we will resolve the issue by this date but that date passed and I got no resolution. This is a long case and at last after multiple calls they cancelled the product and informed me refund is issued on 5th March but today again 18th March but I don't get refund in my account.
Near about 14-15 calls I made to ajio and I too write mail to customer care and grievance officer but nothing happened. They have money in their pocket and least bothered to solve my complaint.
